Yes convenient to get to from my home but it's hot out side don't want to sit in a even hotter building with a toddler thats hot, tired because of the heat and cranky. But don't have much of a choice. I really do Like having the card that I can load and don't have to worry about a bunch of heavy coins or if I have enough change on me to finish my washes I can load any amount and what I don't use I have for the next time I need to wash think I shouldnt really have to pay for a card but you think of the coast of each card and replacing them the owner would lose money and the cost for the machine maintenance, but the card is reusable (every little bit help reduce the waste from cards) so your less likely to throw it out if you have money left over on it. But I did have the issue where my old card wouldn't read in the washer and I had almost 10$ left I did buy a new one but the lady wouldn't transfer my funds I had left on the old one. I still have it and it reads in the machine to tell me the balance just not in washer or dryer but my friend said they will get it done so hope he has better luck since the lady wouldn't even speak to me. I know it wasn't a language issue since I'm bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. The place it's pretty clean, I don't mind the price just need a friendlier or maybe 2 or 3 more employees so there is someone's available to answers questions or assist other people, allow the one employee not to be so rude or stressed out. I think she a little bit over worked. You get her on a good day she is sweet as can be, but I'm not there weekly, but once or twice a month, mostly my childs father is the one cleaning about 3 to 4 times a month because of my work schedule.

Very rude worker. Asked her to use the restroom. She told me they didn’t have one when there was clearly one. I asked to talk to manager. She ignored me and walked away. After I insisted to talk to her superior she told me I can only go in if I didn’t brush my hair in there or did anything else besides just using the toilet. I’m never coming back in here

Have cash (Bills) because this place doesn't take quarters, they seemed to update payment through Laundry cards, Card was two dollars, Dryers are 25 cents for 8 minutes (whoever needs to know).

This is a clean facility with lots of washers and dryers. They have large, larger and industrial washers. I don't know if they're actually industrial but you can wash a king comforter in them. Prices range from ¢25 (dryers for 8 minutes) to $8 (for the industrial washers). Other than that it's a laundry mat. The on staff lady is friendly and helped a 1st timer (me) out. The only thing that I thought was crazy is the washers/dryers take a card, that you have to purchase there for $2 (the machine only takes cash). Then you load said purchased card with more cash (again, cash only) then use that card to pay for the washers/dryers).

So bring cash, not coin. This isn't a coin laundry.

You have to buy a card and then load it. Rip off. And the machine i got didnt work! Never coming here again.place was dirty all trash cans full
