Mission Linen and Uniform Service, Chino CA

Saw a video on youtube where a PeeWee Herman lookalike employee of yours called a journalist a toolbag! Unprofessionall guys.

My father is 85 years old in a skilled nursing facility, his I phone got tangled in the linens that were taken to Mission Linen supply. The facility he is in pretty much said we would never get the phone back. I called the office at Mission Linen and spoke to the receptionist Almendra who was amazing and assured me that if the phone was there they would find it and return it to a supervisor. Later that night one of the employees Liz found the phone called my sister as she was the last person to call my dad and said she would give the phone to the supervisor! The phone is the only way we communicate with my father during the day so it is a big deal not to have it. Thanks to the honesty and integrity of Liz and the Amazing customer service of Almendra I picked up the phone the very next day. It is such a great feeling to know there are kind honest people in the world and in my opinion these two young ladies should receive a raise. Thank you again for hiring such honest and kind people.

We started their services in 2019 and after that 3 yrs contract signed, pandemic came.
We tried to cancel the account for this reason but no calls nor text were answered.
Its been 3 years. Only few months left now. We tried to finish the contract but for some reason, we need to lessen the business expenses. We are asking for a kind consideration from the area manager for us to cancel the services without penalty due to business affected by this pandemic in which truthfully most businesses were really affected.
We are hoping they will grant this request. But since this January i made 3 calls and no one coming or calling us, no email address to contact them online.
We hope that u would see this and we can change this one star review. Thank you.

This place in unsanitary and a health hazard it would be closed down all the people who run that place need to be sued

For the last few years Mission was a good learning experience for me good days bad days all part off the game will remember only the good ones I will miss you all sorry I never say good bay

They are horrible! For 3 months now I haven't gotten a single on time delivery! If I could give zero stars, I would! Management is absolutely no help!
