The sensitivity shown by all of the staff at the time of my mother’s passing was deeply appreciated. Alex was wonderful, helping my with the details with her calm demeanor. The gentlemen who picked Mom up were respectful and so helpful. We all know these services will someday be needed for all of us. I will return to Mission Mortuary, knowing they will handle me needs with sensitivity and respect.

I learned on Sunday morning that my father died in his home in Pebble Beach. The sheriff said they would leave my father's body in his house where they found him because there was no need for an investigation. I was shocked and did not know what to do.

Mission Mortuary picked up the phone on Sunday afternoon and dispatched two people to his house who arrived within 45 minutes of my call.

Then, they called me and asked how far away I was. I was driving from San Francisco. They waited for me before taking my dad so I could say good bye.

Aiexandria at Mission Mortuary is an angel to work with. She helped me with every detail of my mother’s funeral from the church to the flowers to the graveside service and every little detail. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend their services.
