2 Disclaimer: I never like to post negative reviews publicly, but I had a very bad experience dealing with these folks which prompted me to write this one.
Summary: If you are someone who value being treated professionally and with respect, this place may not be your best bet.
Details:
I scheduled my visit with Dr. Jaimish Gwalani six weeks back. On being asked, they repeatedly insisted that they were 100% booked for all possible slots! Just a day before the visit, they gave me a "courtesy" call for confirming my appointment and then I realized that they had moved it to another time in the day, without even bothering to ask me!
On the day of my apoointment, when I started driving, I got a call asking me to move my appointment to another time in the day, or may be the day after. I explained how I had to reorganize all my prioriries just a day back, because of they abruptly changing my appointment. They put me on hold while I was just parked outside and waiting to hear back. Finally they called back and confirmed that "they couldn't do anything". There was absolutely no hint of empathy in their attitude, even though I tried to calmly explain them how this is anything but a professional behavior.
I cancelled the appointment and decided that I should find another doctor.
Wow I had no idea this dr.could get someone to erase any and all reviews. Goes to show all that he is afraid. This is my second time putting this up. I asked this dr to get me a certain pain medicine. So my husband goes and picks the prescription up. We open it and it isNARCAM. What an unprofessional move that was. What am I ever going to do with this. I called the pharmacy and they had a prescription for me but the dr has not sent the original perscription to the pharmacy. He never sent it in and come to find out it was not the pain pill I ordered. He switched it to some other pain med. Days later office staff calls me and said it was because my insurance would not cover it. No kidding, he changed my perscription to the non generic!
Please go through the internet and do your homework. His reviews are made up. He can’t remember if he has been in business for 6 years or 15! If he can manipulate what people see in reviews then he can manipulate his business. Be careful and go with your gut.
