First of all, the receptionists were very nice and warming! I love professional workers especially at places like this. Everything was clean and great energy from the staff. Oh yeah, the music was great too lol. Now for my piercing artist, Kimberly was great! Pierced my nose with the two piercings I wanted fast and easy! She was so sweet I just had to give her a tip. I always appreciate great artists and I can tell she’s really passionate about what she does! I love my new nose piercings and it didn’t hurt that bad. I love how she knew exactly what to do right off the bat that’s not easy to come by! She takes her work seriously and she put me first throughout the whole process! I will be going to her for any future piercings and I will refer her to my family and friends. A+

Customer service was horrible, they dont answer the phone, drove all the way from perris because a family member told me they were open, when i got there the door was locked and the employees were on there phones and sitting down and they told me the were busy. Which i can clearly see they weren't. I always came to get my ink done there but now im taking my business elswhere.

JC was Awesome, my daughter and I went and got piercings and he's focused clean and professional.

Got my first ever tattoo done by Ivonne and it could not have gone better. The shop is comfortable and everyone I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming. Not at all what I anticipated my first tattoo experience to be but in the absolute best way possible. I love my little ladybug and I plan on coming back soon to get some more ink!

I got my smiley piercing done today and I waited almost an hour after being told the wait was 25 minutes. Finally they called me back and the lady was nice but she didn’t pierce it right at first. She took the needle out and tried to force the jewelry in and when it didn’t go in she pierced it again and she tried to blame it on me and said that I was moving even though I have a video and I clearly did not move and it was her mistake. Luckily the piercing came out even.

I'm from out of state. I got a memorial Tat for my dad. I gave Vaughn my idea. He perfected it onto my skin. Much thanks to Vaughn and his talent.

Just took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced. The lady was so nice, kind and friendly to her. She did a great job. Very clean and sanitized. She told her what she was going to do. I highly recommend taking you kid here to get there ears pierced.

They were very gentle with my 3 month old baby girl. No wait time very fast in and out service. Very clean and friendly.

I took my 11 yr old daughter in for 2 piercings on the cartilage of her ear. The guy (didn't get his name) who did her piercing was very professional and made my daughter feel comfortable. He explained what was going to happen and while it was happening. We will be going back to get her other ear done. Thank you!

Brought in my deposit, than left my design and font style on paper. Came back the design was not what i wanted and he did not match my font style. Not problem use this font and a different name (it has the same amount of letter as the previous name). They said no. So i lost my deposit. Even if i did not like the design. It was just a name.: (

Came to to get a Japanese kanji quote on my wrist and Tino did a fantastic job. First black ink too! That man is genuine and very positive!

I got a philtrum (medusa) piercing here and it was a great experience. Nice clean shop with friendly staff. They even replaced my jewelry a few days later when my lip swelled. I would definitely return.
