Celeste at MO Flat Storage Depot was very helpful picking out the right sized storage unit and explaining how the facility operates, including 24 hour cameras, insurance, etc…

This place ROCKS! They called me after I was having trouble setting up the storage rental online and told me to just come in on the following day. They made it very simple for me and I was moving my stuff in right away. They even had a flat cart for me to use as I was at the end of a hallway. This facility is SUPER CLEAN! And the units inside are air conditioned. Big plus in a heat wave. My storage unit was priced affordably and it didn't cost me anymore than I was quoted online. No Hidden Fees! Thank you so much Missouri Flat Storage Depot for making my move so easy.

Friendly and great customer service, they fully explained and walked through everything that you're billed and insured for. Everything is secured and they also fully walk you through how to get in and out of the unit.

Great service, area is clean and well managed! Customer service is amazing, staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive and although they may cost a little more than other options, when you consider the quality of the service and space it’s a fair trade!

Best storage facility you could ever ask for. The place is extremely clean, they have cameras EVERYWHERE and pest control to keep your belongings safe, and the staff is awesome. Robert in particular was fantastic to work with. He answered every question I had, gave me a full tour of the place, and made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a high quality storage facility.

We broke down right in front of this place and there was a guy working there looked like the grounds keeper who helped us tremendously. He let me in so I could use the bathroom. Very nice gentleman.

The front staff was wonderful and very accommodating. They made the process painless and affordable. When we realized that the first unit was too small, they were able to put us in a larger unit with no issues. I would definitely recommend this place! It has 24 hour security cameras, gated and very easy to access off the main road. My husband and I are happy with our choice!

Have had two different sized units over the past couple of years. Both reasonable in cost and clean as could be. Staff were always very friendly and helpful when I needed to change units. The only storage place I'll use if future needs require it.

The staff was very nice. The only reason I decided to terminate there is because of the price increase.

Nice spot. Clean units. Gets really hot inside. Raised the rent on me by like 10% midstay. Would return here over anywhere else in town.
