Mister Car Wash

First off, it's Misters, and I like the company. As for this location, equipment is never down, and the staff has always been friendly.

Very bad car wash, left my car dirty still and the dryer at end does not even dry anything. There was no towels to dry it myself either at the end of the wash.

Extremely rough!
Messed up my car panels
And car still came out dirty.
Waste of money get the cheapest one it’s all the same.

Preferred car wash over others because my car always looked extra shiny. Recently they did away with the finishing towel rollers & my car comes out dripping. Now noticing water spots.

I want to first start with the man you meet to purchase your wash, Taylor. He was a polite, positive, and an informative young man. The perfect greeter to any business. Mister Wash is lucky to have such employee at a time that is so hard to find quality employees. I didn’t catch the name of the woman at the wash entrance. She greeted me with a smile and even waved to me on the way in.

Second. I feel for $16.00 your car should come out dry. If that’s impossible, have an employee at the exit that towel dries. Your car wash would get more business if more effort was focused on this issue. There is car wash on the west side of town that dries your car completely so you don't have water spots all over your car. Many times I have gone through and had to run through again because my car wasn’t washed well.

So far so good. Fast-friendly service. Still had a couple bugs on the bumper, but otherwise decent.

Nice Car Wash, left some spots dirty but overall nice job. Car Care products available for purchase and of course free vacuum and air blower

Not sure why it’s open when all parts of the car wash are not operating. The last roller that helps dry the car wasn’t working. So I just stayed with a car with lots of water still on it. Kind of a waste of $20 at that point

Staff super friendly. Makes up for the wash being just so so. Lots of extra work in dry area.

I normally do not use car wash companies to clean my vehicle. I prefer to wash my own. Today I decided to save some time and have the car washed here and let’s say for $18 I could have had a young child clean better. My car had streaks all over and the entire back was not clean. I tried calling the store several times and no one answered. I then cleaned my vehicle at home. Will not recommend going here. Save your money and do it yourself.

Had it for a few months now it ok but not so long ago it wasn't washing my car right the back always has dirt left fix tha issue n it be great

Soap seems to be watered down now and seems like the sped up the wash my vehicle still has soap when I exit the wash

At first everything was very good, I have the membership in both my cars but the drying of my car is getting worse. Before, they used some rollers last (that's why I liked this carwash more than others) but now none of the rollers work and leaves my car very wet

Have not changed the sign yet to Mr Mister from old business Express

They want to charge your card but they will not refund your money for their mistakes.

They will tell you the general manager, and the top managers said no refunds. They will also tell you we'll give you another month free.

Mr. Misters company We'll say they have over 500 car washes and they don't care what people say or think about them not giving refunds.

I like for my car to be scrubbed with a brush and they don't want to do that leaving a lot of residue and dirt on the vehicle after they wash it.

It is cheaper to get the same car wash at a gas station getting 5 or 10 cents off your gas per gallon then to come to this place nobody washes it no one scrubs it nobody dries it for more of a price.
