Mister Car Wash

When one spends just shy of $30 at the car wash, they actually do expect their car to get clean. Can you dig that? Or are you going to keep taking people's money and continue to not clean their cars?

Always closed always being repaired and long lines. Never had this issues when Prime shine owned it.

I’ve tried going to the car wash three times this week and it was closed every single time there’s been a handful of other times that I’ve also tried to go and it also closed
CLOSED DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

Really disappointed, the front of my car was knocked down and according to them they couldn't do anything, 2 cars ran over it, they broke it and they are not responsible! Do me a favor, the purpose is for my car to look better not worse as vandalism in addition to the bad washing destroyed.

This location constantly puts up their “sorry we’re closed” signs during work hours. It’s 5: 30pm on a Saturday and the signs are up behind other cars that are waiting to go through the car wash. I try to go through this car wash several times a week and am never able to.

GARBAGE LOCATION DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE! I pay for a monthly wash, but this location is constantly closed 20-30 minutes before their posted closing time. Huge waste of money and very disappointed with their service. I tried to call to check with manager as to why they don’t want to make their customers happy, and guess what, they do not answer the phones either.

Increase in prices along with conveyor issue, causing ONE car at a time. Don't come here unless you have 20-30mins to kill or you like waiting in long lines that don't move. I'll be going to hatch location from now on.

Omg do NOT come to this one if you don't have more than 20-30 minutes because that's how long you'll be waiting! They do one car at a time! They wait until one car has gone through before allowing another one to go. If you can wait or if another one is on the way of your destination then wait to go there it'll be much faster! This is the only mister car wash that takes this long!

This carwash has become so slow. They are sending 1 car at a time. I can no longer get a quick wash on my lunch. Vacuums sometimes work. Will probably be discontinuing membership.

After going thru this particular one my truck was DIRTIER THAN BEFORE I went thru! Ava the damn thing kept constantly stalling like literally every couple seconds; when you have yourself, a nephew and 2 dogs in a hot truck that keeps getting stuck. NOT FUN

I received an email saying they’re raising their prices but it seems like there is too many times that I come across town to get a car wash, to take advantage of my unlimited plan but they’re closed but shouldn’t be. I am considering a switch to quick quack car wash who has cheaper plans

Yes, they were busy! Yes, a few people bailed out of the line (got me closer). But this location has always given me the best results!

They charge a lot more now and left the paint really scratched. The air blowers do a very poor job at drying. Left tons of water everywhere. Hood windshield roof back window trunk and doors

Ok wash however mirrors and windshield left partially wet. Bring a towel.
I have to edit this and give it 1 star.took my car another day at noon checked car still dirty they let me pass it thru the wash again and it was still dirty. Supervisor checked my car and refunded my money. It's close to my house but not worth it.
