They are busy being chismosas they tell patients they will call them back and they never return calls back. The front desk are to busy talking about the patients and it doesn’t matter what time you get there they don’t see you till 30-45 mins after your appointment if you’re not cool with them they’ll make you wait Liz and her other coworkers will talk about patients behind their back very unprofessional but crying how patients talk to them. Very rude staff! 15yrs back it was a good clinic slowly this clinic has been the worse to go to

When staffs meeting once a week all calls all day long are routed to answering services
No education on free medication offered by Calpoptima
Denials of DME like wheelchair or push walker
On site blood test was moved to another location & done by other other contractor
Physical therapy even was requested by note from therapist was denied even I need more therapy sessions
Physical therapy was only Approved by Family Choice for 1 month only

Been going here for years, the doctors are really friendly and the staff provide me and my family amazing service. It’s really clean, they make you feel very welcome.

Go somewhere else, I came here back in 2016 I was 21 with my daughter first pregnancy I made sure to voice my birth plan my obgyn asked him questions about how he gave birth and alternatives. I voiced i didnt want medicine i wanted a natural birth only for him to disreguard my voice and told me not to worry about it.well this is why I'm scared to have more kids I was traumatized to have an emergency c section although I didn't want one. It seemed planned because I am a women of color. They didn't take me serious and felt like it cost me my livelihood actually felt like I was on the verge on death and I fought for my life. Go elsewhere please!

I first came in to this office in May and I have been impressed by how quickly things are getting done for me. Dr Troung has been great! I’ve seen countless gynecologists and not one has ever been as helpful and caring as Dr Troung has. He’s made sure I’m ok and has taken care of me and my needs. Everyone in the office has been great and I would recommend him to friends and family. Thank you for everything!

I had cysts on my ovaries. Went here because I thought Dr. Trong was a compassionate and stand up guy. We had a talk and he gained my confidence for the surgery. Mistake! I put my trust in him only to be, I feel, betrayed. I had to wait 90 min before they took me in for the surgery. They didn't give me the anesthetic I requested. I didn't get to see Dr. Trong after the surgery. Didn't get anything for pain and I was in remarkable pain for 8 days. I ended up with a bladder infection afterward and still dealing with that over a month later.
He did the surgery and got paid. That's all. When I went for my post op appt, I was kept waiting 45 minutes before I walked out in disgust and never went back. If you don't mind being treated like a piece of meat, then this is your place to go.

I understand being a business you have to make money but this place has terrible communication with their patients and they make you come in to talk just to collect more money. I work in healthcare and we don’t make patients come in collect their copay just to sit down and talk. My last visit a phone call would have been just fine. I wouldn’t recommend this place and the Dr was very inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable during our talk that I definitely wish he would of just called me instead of had me in a room by myself with him. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else where they treat their patients well and actually communicate with them not just 5 mins before your visit.

Best doctor and staff ever! Dr. Tran is a great listener and always very caring. Very convenient that they have peds, dentist, and ob-gyn in one place! Front desk staff very sweet and attentive. Would highly recommend this office!
