Place is easy to find. The docks are easy to back into there is plenty of parking. The place is clean and they have a bathroom. There are is no where to walk to to grab a bite to eat. The people are respectful the issue is they took 9 hrs to load me. The place was backed up with trucks that like me have been waiting for 6 and 7 hrs to get into a door. Word of caution they are by appt only don’t bother coming in early and don’t be late. It appears you can overnight at this place there is a couple dozen painted pull thru ‘s for the trucks to sit

Check-in @ door W5. Grab your DL. Inbounds DO NOT break the seals! Got door right away. Disconnect air line. Unloaded in 1 hour. Friendly workers. Restroom available. Check your BOL before leaving.

I have been waiting for 6 hours to get loaded I’m almost out of driving hours they don’t care about driving hours they just take their time

Timely to dock, little over on the loading time. Restroom for drivers. Lots of room to park and dock.

Don’t be late to your appointment time or your screwed, takes at least 2 hours to load. And don’t be too early either because they won’t take you till your appointment time. Little bit of parking in front of place if you come before they open. A ton of parking inside once they open. Hate coming here!

I was very surprised after reading reviews. I was in and out in a hour. Found the employees to be very pleasant

Goes by appt only. These people need to understand that drivers only have a certain amount of hours to drive and work in a day. We show up early so that we don't get laid over. They need to hire more forklift drivers and not only have 2 on a busy day.
