I’ve been using this company for 3 years. Most of my experiences have been good. Today was TERRIBLE! Colton Rezende provided the worst customer work and work that I’ve ever seen. He was rude and unprofessional and I will be finding a new company thanks to this single experience being so bad.

Good product (Trane xv20i). Good service specifically Sherry who kept in touch and clearly answered my questions. Professional installation by Mr. Ramsey, and he even cleans up after installation.

I had the best experience with Troy, Billy, and their team. Knowledgeable, hard working, and helped me understand what they were doing step of the way! I endorse this team and company.

Buck, Sergio and Max were professional and efficient. They stayed until they got the work done. They explained what they had done and were thoughtful of our house. I endorse them.

They did such an great task and were so and even came on a day that was 110° to clean our unit! …

Just recently had a problem with my ac system and it wouldn't turn off completely just compressor would run but not stop fan from running. So hot air from outside was mixong with cold air when it would turn on. Called this company they sent a tech who didn't look or talk like a normal ac tech. He was simple looking guy regular clothing who drove up to our home in a basic SUV. And a lunch box size tool box with no ladder get up on my roof to check my unit I had to provide. Was up on roof for less than 5 minutes came down off roof and said he didn't know what type of ac system I had said it was badly worn. Our system is only 6 years old. Then insisted to tell me that we had a slow leak and must recharge unit and have leak test that would cost 1500 to 2500 if we wanted it fixed. And took 99 dollars to not fix the problem but just for coming. So I called arrival company and they fixed it in 5 minutes and it was just a simple thermostat issue and freon was full to the max. Will never recommend this company for anybody especially if you are of ethnic race of some sort.very unprofessional

I received wonderful work for my electrical needs from Perferred house Services. Preston Chrysostom was knowledgeable and professional and explained to me as he worked the problem. He was able to resolve the problem and actually improve the set-up of my GFCI sockets. 5

Brayton and his partner were courteous and professional. They were right on time and got straight to work. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetic and quality of the work. Any questions i had were also answered satisfactorily. 10/10, would endorse if you're looking to have your and/or Furnace replaced.

Roger came that afternoon was able to repipe kitchen drain line easily and No issue since. He gave us other options but he said this was the correct solution. We do appreciate the fast response and his honest assessment.

We had some workers installing wood floors and they nailed into an electrical line between two plugs. It took a while to figure out and they covered all of the bases to make sure that was the only issue. Cody was constructive and open with what he was doing. He made sure I understood what was going on.
