MMD Dispensary North Hollywood

I love shopping at MMD for their variety, prices, and their friendly team. Mackie assisted me today and was so kind while helping me decide what to get. They had an issue with the Wifi going out which is pretty typical for any business that runs on internet but Mackie tried to do anything possible to get me my products! It took a little bit but they resolved the issue and had me out in less than 10 minutes still! Mackie was so sweet to even thank me for my patience with an extra freebie:) This is not the first time MMD has provided this excellent service, you guys rock!

Mackie is the sweetest and most helpful person. Every time I come here she makes me feel like family. The people at the check in desk are also very friendly. Good products and with the coupons they mail you the prices are great

I was greeted by Tony who is an incredible man and assisted by Brian who shared his expertise in treating the side effects from chemotherapy with cannabis capsules. This is my #1 dispensary.

"Absolutely disappointed with my cannabis delivery experience. After placing an order, they called to cancel due to being behind schedule. I could have saved 50% by going to the store myself and would have had my evening therapy on time. This reflects poorly on their customer service and overall quality. The lack of options and meaningful explanations gives the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority, and they're more concerned with convenience. Uriel was the attendant working today and he was incredible. Attentive and knowledgable, he steered me toward exactly what I was looking for. Also, the lady doing check-in (I apologize for not recalling her name) was amazing. So kind and cheerful. Overall excellent experience as usual!

Employees were great. The 37% tax is crazy absurd. I returned my $200 ½oz after I realized $60 was tax and I was being robbed by the government. Hard pass.

From the east coast where deliveries aren’t available yet and this was my first dispensary delivery experience. Jeremy was quick, efficient, very polite, and SOOO KIND when I met up with him. He also had a great energy and seems to enjoy his job. Everything with my order from MMD was perfect and I really appreciated the extra goodies. I ordered last night when it was too late for deliveries and they sent my order first thing this morning. The staff who helped me on the phone and Jeremy were all super friendly. A+ 5 star customer service from both MMD and Jeremy! I’ll definitely order again from MMD on future LA trips.

My new fave dispensary and my absolute go-to. The staff is super friendly and experts in their craft. Mackie is an absolute gem! She took SUCH good care of me and gave me great recommendations to products I’d never even thought to try! Kacie also made me feel like a rockstar and hooked a girl up for a great weekend.
