Ever since we have been receiving services from Moat at our home we have greatly decreased the amount of unwanted critters in and around our home. We have been with them about one year now. We had a severe giant ant problem outside and after they sprayed it once they literally disappeared forever. We had been trying for years to get rid of them before Moat. The Summer of 2023 was the first summer since 2017 that we did not experience the insane amount of ants all summer long as we did every year. The ants would get all over everything and sometimes bite our dogs. We couldn’t enjoy much time outside but this summer was so nice, completely giant ant free and far less spiders inside than we typically have. Very minimal critters around the home they usually are dead outside and rarely make it inside. Yesterday they came by and without any prompt Josh knocked down a few hornets nests outside, saving us the trouble of doing it ourselves and possibly getting stung. Super happy with their services. They are reliable and professional. Will continue to give them my business.

Moat is a great pest control company to work with. They always call ahead before arriving to my house. They do a great job keeping spiders, ants and other pests from getting into the house. I also appreciate the time they take with me to explain what I don’t want to get sprayed (my garden and around my chicken coop). Moat does a great job!

They always check our roof eaves, rid the spider webs and quite frankly we rarely have any bug issues thanks to being on their regular schedule. 10/10 easily.

A very poor and disappointing experience. I called for one time service to spray for an outdoor ant problem limited to the backyard. Moat has a guarantee of 30 days if any ants return. After their first spray the ants were still there, fewer in volume but still there. So Moat comes and sprays again. I assume there remains a 30 day guarantee for a basic outdoor ant problem, but worse yet the ants not only hung around after the second spray but then appeared in the house in the upstairs bathroom shower. Oddly I recall the Moat sprayer asking me at the first visit if we had them in the house as they tend to pop up in bathrooms. The Moat sprayer seemed very familiar with this type of ant as well, actually describing it. So the problem not only remains but is worse with the ants now in the house and outdoors and we keep both yard and house very clean. So what has happened here is I paid for nothing, zero, the ants always remained and the problem is actually worse with the ants appearing inside the home where the Moat sprayer said they could appear. We are actually managing the problem on our own and much better than Moat did by regularly inspecting the areas and using over-the-counter Raid. I have also learned how to stir the ants up where they seem to like to be and then I zap them with the Raid.

MOAT (Jason) was awesome. I called on Wednesday and he was able to fit me in on a Friday. He even called to let me know he was running late beyond traffic.

Very friendly and provided me with my report when he said he would. I will keep this contract in my phone for others that my need their service.
