I found Mobile Fix Center after a frantic search after I dropped my phone and the screen went black and unresponsive. The reviews seemed legit and they were close by. I brought the phone in and they ordered the part and fixed it right up. They have very clear and reasonable pricing and knowledgeable and personable employees.

But I'm lazy, and a decent but bland experience like that isn't enough to make me leave a review.

When I had already left with my fixed phone I realised that I couldn't connect to my mobile carrier, so they told me to come back in and took their time doing their best to help me out. They tried to fix the problem on the handset itself, but then when that didn't work they told me which branch of my carrier to go to in order to get the best service and results out of them. And they didn't try to charge for their help even after taking up a decent chunk of their time.

With that kind of customer care, it's no wonder they've been in business so long. I hope not to have any (more) problems with my electronics any time soon, but if I do I'm coming straight back here!

BEWARE Alex here is a SCAMMER. He wants cash for you to just bring your iPhone in. Apple stores do complimentary in store device checks. In addition to being money hungry he is very unprofessional. He wants to charge the same price they would at Apple for cheap aftermarket batteries and parts with ZERO WARRANTY OR RECEIPT.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
