It truly deserves zero stars. Everything is unregulated and everyone has issues with the manager. Roaches, rats, and cats everywhere. Run away.

This is a retirement mobile home park I worked at it's not one of the worst ones in town but it may be heading that direction some day soon

Went to visit someone. The parking is a pain. Most of the park is clean.
