Elbert is THE go-to guy from now on whenever anyone in my life needs their phone repaired. Phone repair places are a dime a dozen these days, and I've found that most of them either have difficult people to work with, are impossible to schedule with, or way too expensive. Elbert will literally drive TO YOU and fix your phone IN HIS CAR, and he'll do it in record time.

If I can go on a bit of a tangent: I think we're all getting tired of being pressured into tipping at every single transaction these days. I will go out of my way to overpay Elbert simply because I am blown away by his service every time. I've had him replace multiple batteries (iphone + android) and fix a malfunctioning NFC on a Pixel.

This service is incredible. I loved using the maps chat feature to communicate. Elbert showed up on time, and completed his work flawlessly on my Pixel/Android. When a minor problem surfaced several days after the repair was completed, he returned and fixed it (free of charge) and again my phone is back to being like new. Thanks for such a wonderful service!

Don't do business with these people. All they do is fix your screen and your screen will be all botchy and will not be fully fixed. I have fixed my iPhone multiple times here and the last time the screen was in great condition, the screen gave out after 8 months of use.it's poorly done so don't trust them. Each time I fixed my screen from them it cost $168, this time they raised their prices and claimed that they can't fix it for FREE and instead they will offer a discount so the price will be $170. DON'T support this business.

My battery was replaced (I think) however it is still draining just as fast as before
