My lift broke on vacation in California. The TEAM at the Hawthorn facility was AWESOME. The service manager got me right in and Tyron, the service tech, figured out the problem quickly. New parts were required and over-nighted. One day later I was back in service. I highly recommend this service team! Thanks guys!
