Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, my wife dragged me because she was looking for a faja and I ended up leaving with one as well

I had the Greatest times shopping In Moda Colombiana today, the ladies Yosselyn and Alysson are wonderfully knowledgeable, professional, and very patience…thank you so much for your help girls!
I usually don’t give reviews but these sweet ladies totally deserves it!

Really is like a BBL superstore! If you've recently had or are planning to have liposuction of any kind or a BBL, do yourself a favor and go on down and talk to the girls there.

I am so disappointed with their service. I have been here serval times before, I used to try on the fajas in their store and purchased the one that worked best for me. Due to the pandemic, this time around the only way I could try on the garments was by purchasing the item, and coming back if it didn’t fit. After several attempts to find something that I was looking for, I decided to go with the ones I already owned. I called in advance to speak with the girl who helped me, to give her the heads up that I was on my way.

A man answered the call, and offered to help me instead. When I brought up the reimbursement He insisted that they have never let anyone try on items prior to the pandemic, and everything is final sale. I explained that I was told in order for me to try it on, I would have to purchase the item and try it on at home. The only way I could return it, was if the item was in it’s original packaging, tags on, and no damage to the item.
Prior to today, the young lady would accept the item and exchange it for something else. This went on 4 times in one week. There was never any issues. They also have changing rooms in the store.

He offered me store credit in return for the item. He would accept the item, disinfect it and I could purchase something else. He could not give me a reimbursement because the item was already ‘used’ and he would not be able to guarantee the quality to his customers. I explained the item was in it’s original packaging, not stained, with the tags on. All the items I’ve received were open packages, that have been tried on before while paying the full price. It makes no sense to tell me the reason I can’t get a reimbursement is because the package is open, but yet I can return the item for store credit. The item was not an intimate item.

I tried to explain, if the item is good enough for store credit, it’s good enough for a reimbursement.

During the call he continued to shout, at one point he hung up. When I called again, he answered, “What do you want? ! ” While laughing. I did not shout or raise my voice. I asked to speak with someone else, and he refused to pass the phone to the lady I normally see. I informed him I would be calling my bank for the reimbursement instead, he insulted me. He said it was dishonest, I would be getting my money back and keeping their product. I explained I am more than happy to return the item, for my money in return.
His response, “ Aqui voy a ester hasta las 7: 30 si Quieres venir y verme en persona. ”
I took it as a threat. I have never been treated so poorly.
Prior to this incident I enjoyed and looked forward to returning. I can not believe this is how he treats people. I did not want to mention the name of the wonderful young lady who was always so helpful. I would hate she get in trouble.
