Modera Glendale

I would like to give this review at the end of a 15 month lease here at Modera Glendale. The commitment to providing an outstanding apartment living experience truly stood out from day one. In particular, I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the manager, Chris Babaian, and his leasing consultant Aeriell. The maintenance team, Larry and Jeff, who also collectively made my rental experience exceptional.

First and foremost, the manager's dedication and sincere caring for the tenants is truly commendable. It's rare to encounter a property manager like Chris who goes above and beyond to ensure that tenants' needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. His commitment to creating a comfortable and welcoming living environment is evident in every interaction. Chris has a proactive approach to resolving issues and his genuine concern for the well-being of tenants makes him an invaluable asset to Modera.

Equally impressive is the leasing consultant, Aeriell, whose willingness to help and assist me was a breath of fresh air. Her friendly demeanor and eagerness to answer questions and provide guidance made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. It is nice to see dedication to ensuring that tenants have a seamless move-in and out experience which reflects the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

The maintenance team at Modera, Larry and Jeff, deserves special recognition for their outstanding work ethic and expertise. Their quick response time and skill set are unparalleled. I have had only a few minor apartment repair issues during my tenancy, and each time, the maintenance team was swift in their response and efficient in resolving the problems. Their professionalism and attention to detail in addressing maintenance requests have truly enhanced my living experience.

If you're in search of an apartment and manager that truly cares about its tenants and delivers top-notch service at a luxury apartment complex in a great location, look no further than Modera Glendale. I researched online, visited other apartments and looked for weeks before finding Modera, and glad I did. They have certainly earned my trust and appreciation.

It's so loud here and I've complained about the noise at least 5 times since moving here at the end of January 2022. The only management team member who does anything to address noise complaints is Chris. The other management team members don't do anything to address legitimate and chronic noise complaints. Residents here are always blasting music and stomping around at all hours of the day. Really hard to work from home.

We recently shifted to Modera Glendale and our experience has been nothing but a pleasant one. The entire process from the application to the moving in was extremely smooth.
The community is very quiet and peaceful.

The building is always clean. The maintenance are great I’m their response time and courteous. The management staff are great. I feel safe in the building. I really have everything I need!

Building is beautiful with excellent amenities. Ariel made our tour fun and exciting! Ariel has a wonderful, refreshing personality with great attention to detail. She made the entire process seamless.

I’ve lived in many different apartment complexes throughout the years and Modera has been the best hands down! The community manager Chris is the amazing. I relocated from Northern California and was in town for one day. He let me tour the property last minute before closing, answered all my questions and concerns, and after signing the lease, went above and beyond by sending me a video of the unit I would be moving into once it was vacated. He plans events for residents and keeps us updated with community updates, which is extremely helpful.

The apartment complex itself is in a great location. It is a pet friendly community with great amenities. The apartment grounds and common areas are cleaned regularly. In terms of noise, residents are respectful and the apartments themselves are well insulated. I lived facing the freeway and barely heard anything with the dual pane windows. I also rarely heard my neighbors next door or upstairs.

The maintenance staff Jeff, Larry, and Angel are amazing. They address requests promptly and are respectful when entering the apartment. The whole team is very approachable and quick to address any concerns one may have. I’m so sad to leave, this has been such a great place to live!

If any of the buildings other than Modera had just one extra closet, we would've we with them in a heart beat. The sole reason we stayed at Modera was the closets in the one of the units they had available. That's really where it ends.

Everything else about the building, amenities, quality and condition of the apartment itself is way below the competition. You can find much nicer options elsewhere if you're okay with 2 closets.

Dirty stained floors. Dirty stained kitchen counter tops. Faucets and appliances old and loose. Stained and dirty cabinets.
These things should be out of the question when you are claiming to be a "luxury" residence.

We swallowed the pain because of the amount of stuff we moved with us and they had one unit* with 2 small closets and two walk-in closets.we desperately needed that space.

*Other units don't necessarily have that many closets

after a talk with the manager for the moving issue, they only offered an apology.anyway, 2 years later and they suddenly raised the rent 20%
forcing me out of the building.

I'm glad I left modera

The front office staff and maintenance crew are amazing! Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I haven’t experienced too many maintenance issues however the ones I’ve had have been addressed immediately.

The team here are like no other. The management staff manage this building so well. They are so accommodating and always on top of things. The maintenance guys attend to things almost immediately (when they have a free minute) All the staff know people's names and even remember my dogs name! Great community vibe here. The gym and pool are awesome. The walls are thick so you barely ever hear your neighbors. (I'm on the freeway side) I have lived here for two years and am sad to leave because everything has been amazing:) Chris, Arielle, Lisa, Geoff and Larry THANK YOU!:)

The facilities and staff have been great at Modera Glendale. I appreciate the kindness and amazing service, I always receive from Aeriell.
