These guys are great. Knowledgeable, honest, and will help you with everything they possibly can pertaining to airsoft. And the graveyard table can be great you never know what your gonna find. Valken hi capa GBB.

Horrible tech work. I've been to them to have work done 5+ times over the past several years since they opened. Every single time they have only made things worse.

Biggest waste of my time and money. Their tech held on to my gun for servicing for a month, charged the $15 inspection fee, and then via phone they said the gun is ready for pickup.

After picking up my gun and driving home to test fire, only to realize they didn’t do a single thing to the gun. Same issue I dropped the gun off to them for, it had the same issue 1 month later upon picking up. That’s just bad business and bad customer service. ‍️

Staff is great. They always answer all my questions however basic they are. My teen boys live goi g to hang out and look at the guns and gear and the staff let’s us handle all the guns to see how they function and feel.

Didn't go here. Not sure why it's on my thingy, but I'm sure it's a lovely place.

I really like it I go alot to resupply on supply's but I feel like they should have a small Field inside.

The store doesn't open at 9am on the weekends. I wanted to go and getting some of my guns looked at and got there at 9: 30 but the door was still locked. Other people coming to the store as well and leave as we waited for someone to open the store. Yet no one was at the store and the sign on the store even said that they open at 9. I had stayed there until 10: 30 and decided to leave to get to work. We don't live close to this location but it is the closest and it was just a big waste of time.

The customer service was above and beyond went out of their way to help and ansure you understand what you are buying very happy with what i got, just simply dont know of anywhere else in cali with workers that nice and cool just solid dudes all around they knew their stuff and was very helpful

Mystery box states that you'll get items worth 60$ and up

Doing the math for the goods i recieved, it managed to be LESS than that.

I will never purchase anything from here again and I'll make an effort to diverge anybody who wants to buy from here

Seems like they have everything you need to play airsoft. Been out of the game for a while so I couldn't say if the brand they carry is any good. Short staffed, like everyone these days, so if 2 families walk in a head of you it's going to be a while before you are helped. I walked out. I'll go back another time and ask my questions. In all fairness, the employee had said they would be with me as soon as possible. So the staff is aware and accommodating as much as possible anyway.

Bought my first airsoft gun here today. Prices are reasonable and people were very knowledgeable. I spent 2 hours talking with Ryan about airsoft gear. He was very knowledgeable about everything and I had a great time talking with him. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying something. Highly recommend!

Weak customer service and the prices are higher than evike lol. It’s a shame the store inside is pretty cool but airsoft extreme is way better

Spacious and well laid out showroom with sooo much inventory. Like an air soft candy land. Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable and got me set up very quickly for a great package for my sons birthday. Thank you.

This is a review solely of the online shopping experience: I had paid for a pre-order on an airsoft gun (Scorpion ASG Evo SMG) and after a week they cancelled my order due to "item being on backorder". Upon digging a little further, it appears that their shipment must have been delayed until May.
While I understand that this is out of their control, it was disappointing and I would have preferred them to present the option to pre-order the gun for May or some further explanation.anyways, I'm going to try and buy the gun from somewhere else.

I love coming in here. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jimmy and the tech team are amazing. They’re not just trying to sell equipment here, they educate you on what is actually worthy to purchase and what will help you have more fun on the field. These guys are actual players and collectors. They know their stuff.

Awesome field and Environment! Great management is what makes this field unique compared to other fields. First time there, and definitely not the last!
