We work with MKB to remold a guest bathroom. After two weeks working with MKB, I should say on top of everyone else said on reviews, the most impressive thing is Fadi’s work ethics. Each project is different, from design to material selection. Like everything else, there is always unexpected things come out during the process. Fadi always there responding to our concern promptly, and working with us on the details to resolve the challenges we have. The MKB crew especially PM Henry well deserve a big shutout! They definitely make MKB the outstanding contract you want to work with!

Fadi, Henry, and their entire team are knowledgeable, professional, and provide excellent product and service. We remodeled a second bath, enlarged and upgraded the shower including moving a wall. They were careful each day to protect floors and walls leading to the upstairs location. Clean up outside and inside each day was good. Fadi said the project would take two weeks and it was completed on time with no surprises. Give them a chance on your project. You won’t be disappointed.

We got new cabinets, countertops, and flooring for our kitchen and bathroom. Everything looks great! The entire project was completed ahead of schedule. Everyone was kind and professional. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and bath!

I can say that our experience has been easy with remodeling our bathroom. From the very beginning, MKB communicated clearly and quickly. Fadi provided us with a free consultation and was very clear and straightforward with what I could expect through the whole process. He listened to my wants and did not try to upsell me! He got me a quote within 2 days that clearly outlined all services and pricing. I received other quotes from other companies but went with Fadi's because of their quick responses and easy communication. Help was always just a text away.

Throughout the reno process, I could always get in touch with the project manager, Henry, who answered my many questions with respect and addressed my concerns as soon as I voiced them. Henry's team were very friendly and I felt good about having them work in our home.

Fadi originally quoted us 2-3 weeks on our new shower but they were done in UNDER 2 weeks! I am so glad we went with this company and would definitely use them again for any future work.

My wife Christina and I wanted to take a moment to share with you the wonderful experience we had with Modern Kitchens and Bath (MKB) located in Irvine. Our bathroom really turned out beautiful and is now the nicest room in our house! Our need was to find a contractor that could expand our master bathroom into a double vanity / sink and walk-in shower using the closet space from an adjoining room. Mission accomplished!
We decided to write this because we were very pleased with their work and are very happy with our new, spacious bathroom. I guess when you’re pleased with someone’s work you want to tell others about it not only to help their business grow but because it may help others in the process of selecting a contractor.
Finding someone you can trust to do quality work is not always easy. We were blessed in our experience! The MKB team of Fadi, Henry, Gerardo, Diego, Francisco, and Jose, were pleasant, and courteous to work with. They were careful to keep the worksite orderly and cleaned up daily.
Fadi was very professional in writing the contract which was clear and specific. He was always available for questions or concerns to clarify what we wanted done. Henry, the Project Manager, kept things on track to complete the project in two weeks as contracted. Henry’s enthusiasm for his work truly shows. The whole crew worked very well as a team.
We very much appreciated their showroom and guiding us through the selection of our materials. We really loved the selection they had. All in all, we recommend Modern Kitchens and Bath. It was a great experience for us!

Modern Kitchen And Bath did an amazing job remodeling our condo. We got several quotes and they had the best price by far. Fadi and his crew were always on time, friendly, willing to answer any questions we had, and very patient when dealing with the HOA who are a major pain in the butt. The job was completed up to our standards, ahead of time, and did not go over budget. I'll be using them again in the future and also recommending them to friends and family.

I was very cautious in choosing a company to renovate my master bath. Having had previous poor experiences I wanted to make sure I found the right company. My project is not complete yet however I am so pleased I did not want to wait to recommend Fadi and Henry. Their subs are so nice, on time and respectful. The work is excellent and the communication is on point.

We choose a very intricate marble floor and it was laid perfectly. The attention to detail for the finish of the job was excellent. I hired the team at MKB for a renovation of my entire home. From the start, I was impressed by Fadi's promptness, attention to detail, and excellent communication. His guidance in helping me select materials and keeping me informed throughout the process made a very daunting project a lot less nerve-racking.

Henry and his team (shoutouts to Jose and Gerardo!) performed work above and beyond my expectations. Just going to Home Depot to pick out a tub with Henry was both an education and a delight. The work transformed a 22 year old layout into a showpiece that I am delighted to show off to my neighbors and friends.

We had a project other companies didn’t want to do. MK&B took it on and worked with our very tight schedule to get it done on time. Fadi was extremely helpful with all of the product selections and options. Henri and team (Andrea, Jose, Gilberto) were extremely thorough on site. They kept me informed at each step, showing me what had been done and making sure it looked good to me. And they were a ton of fun to work with. My wife and I have talked about getting our bathrooms redone for years now, and finally decided to get it done, along with re-tiling our kitchen and entry way into the house. Fadi was the first person I met with, and I met with many. I met with other bathroom handy men, so to speak, with no licenses. Nice people, but honestly, wasn't going down that road. Their pricing really was no better than Modern Kitchens and Bath, and in fact, some were higher. So we picked Fadi and his team. Fadi and his team were wonderful, and really WORKED. My neighbor is a contractor and mentioned to me of all the horror stories over the years of people not showing up for jobs, or no communication, or flat our botched jobs he had to then fix. Fadi is unbelievably responsive. In fact, I sent a message on their website via the chat forum, and Fadi was the one who answered! Any time I called, texted, emailed, you name it, Fadi responded quickly. Henry and his crew are great workers, and really pay attention to details. As the remodel went along, I had questions, and they answered them all. Anytime something came up that I thought wasn't right, they fixed it. Or told me why it was done a particular way. When you spend a good chunk of money on a project, you want to know it's done right, and for me being curious as to how things are done, whenever I was able to be home while they worked, I'd watch for a bit. They were totally cool with it, and answered any questions I had. Their team was at our house just about every single day. Even weekends, and they'd ask our permission to do so. Beautiful work, priced competitively, and the communication is second to none. They've also got a showroom. We picked tile and vanities from there, and Fadi then set a list of places to choose whatever else we needed. Even on supplies we needed to purchase, if I wasn't sure, I'd text Fadi and he'd let me know if they were good choices, and if not, sent me recommendations. There were a lot of unknowns for us, and Fadi just made it so easy.
I could go on and on.but seriously, if you need a remodel, call Modern Kitchens and Bath. You know when you're making a big decision, and you wonder if you're making the right choice? And lots of times, you regret what you went with? The anxiety that comes from this sort of thing? I am SO GLAD we made the right decision and chose Modern Kitchens and Bath. MKB did a complete remodel of our primary bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the good quality, great value and professionalism. We were provided a 3D video at the start of our project at no additional cost. One company wanted to charge us $1,100 dollars upfront. We want to thank Fadi, Henry along with their amazing team for our truly stunning bathroom. We can't wait to utilize them again for our next project!

This was a total remodel, and I could not be happier with the results. Fadi and Henry were very professional, always accessible and were great to work with. They were both extremely helpful with the kitchen design and had amazing suggestions to improve the functionality and aesthetics. They installed new flooring, kitchen countertops, cabinets, mounted our TV over the fireplace and painted the interior. It turned out beautiful and we love showing it off to our guests. I have no complaints at all and recommend them highly.

We are really pleased with our remodeled kitchen, floor and stairs. After getting an estimate from other companies, we chose Modern Kitchens and Bath based on work ethics, standards and the confidence we had in Fadi & Henry. They estimated 2-3 weeks, and the work progressed on schedule with excellent communication from all parties and completed the work within two weeks. The project manager, Henry, checked regularly, work crews were timely and considerate and cleaning up daily. Fadi continues with timely responses to any follow up questions we have.

It was a pleasure working with Modern Kitchens and Bath. I have experienced dealing with unprofessional contractors in the past and this company is far from that. From day one Fadi, Henry, and their team have been very professional. They remodeled my entire kitchen and delivered more than expected. Removed an entire wall separating my kitchen and living room and inserted the support beams all in one day. The entire remodel included new tile, cabinets, countertops and even upgraded all my windows in my house. The window service included 9 windows which was completed in one day also.
