Modern Optometry, Glendale CA

Just to get the results the doctor gave me a hard time idk if hes tdoing intentionally people are busy and cant go especially when you working in the medical field! I didnt get it i wont be back to this place and also im going to tell to my friends glendale is a nice place but this place idk what to say! Period.

This is the worst place to go for glasses, Ara the Optometrist is the rudest human being I’ve ever met, he gave me attitude because my kids are eligible for free frames covered by the government and at the end he ordered us the wrong frame, I called him to tell him he was screaming on the phone I’m shocked I can’t believe that we have such people in medical field, also the secretary never smiles, you feel like she is forcing herself to come to work. This place is horrible, they abuse customers. Please don’t go there I will never step my feet at this place anymore!

Very good. Nice and easy if you know why are you here. If you wanna get fast service without medical coverage, just pay for that. If you don’t want to spend any kind of money in the store you have to wait. There is nothing that they can do about it. Very nice frames and from different brands, and very good quality on glasses that they can give you. The glasses has to many options to choose from.

Great Optometrist, she’s very nice, courteous and knowledgeable…
Unfortunately the optician who runs the front is rude and pompous, because of his attitude my wife, child and I aren’t visiting them anymore….
He needs customer service skills.

This store was very rude. I ordered my glass and he ordered wrong one. When i asked why is wrong? He said it is what it is if you don’t like it you can leave my store omg! I can’t believe how he can someone be rude! I don’t recommended anybody. Don’t go over there. Service and customer service was weak and horrible.
