I write this as I am sitting in an insanely long and slow line of cars to exit this parking structure. This building requires you to pay on exit and does NOT allow you to pre pay. We're gonna be here for an hour or more longer than necessary. What genius designed this? Better not park here if there is an event nearby.

Attention! This is a lie.if you leave the car in the afternoon before 6 pm and want to pick it up in the same day, you will have to pay for two days.the day closes at 6 am.this is called have time to pick up your car before 6 o'clock in the morning so as not to pay for the second day.you pay $13 for 12 hours. Parking machines don't work. Ararat issues transaction cancellation

Okay parking near the Pantages Theater but they charged my credit card $10.00 twice for the same parking. The CC company refunded one of the charges. Could not reach anyone to correct it on their end. This garage is one in a long line of parking places in LA operated poorly that gives LA a bad rep.

Great price, especially for the area. Super close to the Pantages theater so perfect place to park when seeing a show.

All of the stairs and elevators need a deep power wash cleaning, Someone took a dump on each floor going up the stairs and all they did was cover it with cat litter.

It took me AN HOUR to exit this parking garage because there was only 1 attendant and the machine in one side was broken. Horribly managed parking lot

I don't know if there are any "good" parking garages in this area, but this one is an absolute disaster. The pay machine is broken but there are no signs so everyone tries to use it. There are attendants at the exit who only take cash and attendants walking around who direct you to longer lines and don't tell you the machine is broken. Parking was $10 for 3 hours on a weekday evening.
