Aileen was my realitor and she did a wonderful job. She listened to me about my wants and needs and when I found my home I wanted she worked really hard through all the bank delays problems to help me able to keep trying for the house I wanted.

If you are a tenant BEWARE! Modern Real Estate supports slumlords like Andrew Shahin. They take no responsibility and refuse to make repairs for months. And God forbid they are available outside of Monday thru Friday 9 to 5.you're absolutely screwed if something happens outside those hours?

Modern is the best! They recently took over the property I am leasing. They are friendly, professional and VERY responsive. They quickly took care of several issues the other manager ignored for months! I so look forward to working with them.
