3Alex the owner has the worst attitude when speaking with clients. Rude when customer asks questions, he hung up the phone on me. He agreed to take my job so I cancelled my prior fabricator. He took my cc number and job information. After I told him he needs to be polite while speaking with clients, he texted me I can go to another fabricator. Thank God for that, because I can not handle to deal with rude and unprofessional people.
I highly recommend this company. They have quality materials and beautiful designs. Alex and Hanni are great. They made things so easy for me. Hanni helped me with the selection of materials and Alex made sure that I was satisfied with the restoration of my kitchen and floors. The project was done in no time. I’m very pleased with the work done. I love my kitchen and floors!
