Modern Urgent Care

I went in today due to strep throat symptoms. I called before to make sure they accepted my insurance. The girl who answered had great service from the beginning and made sure to ask me to either make an appointment or if walking in last patients depending on their waiting time can be 6: 15 or so. I got there at 6 they had a long line but she got me in. I saw Dr. Taylor or Traylor. He was great. Overall total time I was there was an hour 15 minutes not too bad! Better than ER. Thank you all!

We have been here a few times they are always very kind and very efficient and always gets us through very quickly.

The whole staff was great. They did the best they could to get me in and listen to what's was wrong. The wait was short and the office was extremely well kept.

It did take a while but they gave us free waters. There was shade for most of the line there was also air conditioning.

Very competent front desk and pre registration person. They were friendly and fast. We went for a sports physical and the person we saw was very capable and answered all my questions. If I cannot get into my own Dr, this place is my GO TO!

It was very calm and i felt like the nurses did a very well job, they were nice and gentle

I was seen quickly and was treated with care when I had an urgent issue. The office was also clean and professional looking. The front desk receptionist was extremely kind. Thank you. I will spread the word and consider Modern Urgent Care (Ceres) in the future.

Nice and friendly staff. Took my 5 year old in and they were very patient with him. Doctor explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Very grateful for Modern Urgent Care.

The entire staff was professional, courteous and friendly. The PA, Jason, was attentive and very knowledgeable.

I brought my baby and young boy here twice. I'm glad that there's a place close to home where if needed I can go to for milder medical issues. They were very professional and Attentive. Even the person outside was very kind and opened the door for me when I was coming in with my stroller. The 1st time I had almost no wait time. The 2nd time I had to wait 2 hours before anyone saw us. It's really close to home And it's very convenient to be able to just walk in although they also make appointments. They also play family movies while you wait, that was nice.

A very professional medical facility. I was in and out in a reasonable timeframe. They found the issues quickly and informed me of the necessary steps to fix the issue. I highly recommend them

The place is always clean and the staff is respectful and the doctors are really professional and the visits there are fast.
