It’s been a wonderful experience living in this building! Staff makes it very welcoming, it feels safe and clean at all times, amenities are never crowded and well taken care of. It’s a small community here, very friendly. Maintenance requests are done on time.
And building manager, Yana, is so responsive and nice, and a pleasure to talk to! She is always making sure to help us with any issues. Thank you guys so much for helping us feel like home here!

My wife, Irma and I, have lived at Moderno Metro for almost 5 years. We just moved out but I just wanted to mention what an incredible 5 years it was. The entire group that makes the building run has made our time there one to remember. The property manager, Yana, was always responsive, accommodating, and had a great attitude with whatever request we ever had. Everything in the building ran smoothly and made our apartment feel like a true home. Thanks for the AMAZING memories! 10 out of 10 would recommend renting here to anyone. The building itself, maintenance staff, and Yana are all reasons why you can't go wrong living there:)

This was my daughter and her roommates first time navigating an apartment that was not student housing. Yana the complex manager was such an asset to making this process simple, informative and top notch. She truly is amazing! I could not be more thankful that my girl has someone at the Moderno who she can rely on to meet her expectations.

I have been living @ moderno metro apartment going to 4yrs now and counting, I was one of the very first tenants that moved in, and I will say it’s being a wonderful experience living in moderno apartments, I have been very comfortable with the upkeep and services they provide, e.g looking out for their tenants especially the manager of the apartment YANA, she’s great, she goes all the way to making sure you feel @ home,
