Modesto Advanced imagining was great the front desk ran smoothly and efficient ky even during this pandemic era my technician was great fast nice and friendly I lived it and would like to thank them all great job.

The team has always been friendly. I’ve gotten Mammograms here and have always been treated with a gentle kindness. I have felt warm smiles and a personable atmosphere even with our masks on.

Had a mammogram appointment with specific instructions regarding Covid upon arrival everything changed, ended up waiting outside as waiting room was stacked with people waiting. Past experiences have been good, today not so much.

The front desk were not nice to me they were so mean to me. When I asked something they ignored me and didn’t answer me. Yesterday they called me so I missed their call when I call them back the lady ask me why you call here so I explain her that I missed your call so she hung out the call on me. Than I call her back the second time she was so angry and said you have appointment than I ask her what time she said oh my gosh. She is sooo skinny and has yellow hair. I hope it didn’t repeat again.

Saturday December 22,2018. Excellent service and facility. I got lucky by going the Saturday before Christmas. Facility was almost empty. Mammogram took about 5 minutes. Technician was professional and extremely nice.

They were very friendly and organized! However, I had over an hour long wait for my appointment that was scheduled three weeks in advance. However, I would use this facility for f/up MRIs.

My experience on November 12 of 2018 at 10: a.m. Was fantastic, super professional and extremely courteous. The ladies at the front desk and my X-ray tech were fast and explained every detail of my paperwork and made me feel like I was with neighbors.

The receptionist lady's were really nice and so organized.my appointment was at 2: 30 I got there at 2 pm like they stated to be and I was called in at 2: 20 the doctor who did my ultrasounds was very nice as well I did not get her name she was really kind and made me feel comfortable.she had glasses with curly hair my appointment was scheduled for Wednesday but it was pushed to Thursday I'm free on Thursday's so it all worked out. I hope all patients are treating like I was

My MRI experience at Modesto Advanced Imaging was great. The staff was very patient and kind with my MRI test.

I’ve never had an x-ray before so this was my first time Beverly was outstanding helping me complete the forms and the x-ray technician was a complete charm I highly recommend using this company they are thoughtful respectful caring understanding and highly professional
