Had a great visit today, listened to all my concerns and made a plan to take care of them.

My daughter has been going for two years and she received good care until Tuesday she got her usual chemical peel but this time they got solution into her eyes she let the MA know and she said “it is just water” no it was burning so it wasn’t water …. Worst experience EVER! They need to train their MA better before they allow them to do chemical peels!

Tanner is amazing! Nobody is as professional or as knowledgeable about the many skin conditions as he is. You can feel the warmth in his words.

Not impressed, waited 90 minutes for our early morning appointment that lasted about 2 minutes.

Established patient 3+ years! Today I was told "our new policy is patients must have an open credit or debit card on file" I asked why? "It's our policy" immediately cancelled appt, when I needed to be seen. Too much risk for financial theft! Ps. Never have had a payment issue as I am insured and pay as I go!

No, I don't understand. I worked in finance for years, and I've seen all the ways people commit fraud. You Do Not Need OPEN credit card or Debit cards on file! The card information is available to employees and your system can be hacked. IM NO LONGER A PATIENT! And I really liked Dr. Ortiz!

Patients, please know credit cards offer better fraud protection than debit cards. But signing their policy document giving them access to "charge" your cards, means you pay.

Beautiful office, friendly employees, sharp medical staff. Skilled doctors. Love this place!

So kind and caring - immediately picking up on my intense fight or flight response to medical procedures and facilities. Very thorough in examination while doing their best to make me feel at ease. One of my best healthcare experiences!

I felt like I was a cow going to slaughter, there waiting room was filled with people. Dr. Bobby didn’t explain what was happening, and didn’t num enough for skin graft which was very painful! NO BEDSIDE MANOR, felt very rushed. Was not impressed at all. They do have a nice coffee and snack area and comfortable waiting area. The nurses and staff were nice and cordial with everyone waiting such a long time. We arrived at 9: 30am and we didn’t get out until 1pm, was never advise that it would take that long.after I got home I received a call from DrBobby with an an apology for the way I felt and an explanation of the way things happened for that I deeply appreciate his concern and how he was a stand up man I know he has a hard job and is Extremely busy at the end of this ordeal in our conversation my hat is off to you Dr. Bobby thank you

With the exception that I wasn’t told that the procedure was in Modesto, not Turlock, I was impressed with the friendliness and speed that the staff and doctors treated me. Everyone had a smile and a good word.

My recent visit with Tanner was yesterday 9/18/23, Once again I have always felt he had my best interest at heart. He noticed a suspicious spot on my right hand. A biopsy was done. Pray all will be OK. The whole staff has always been welcoming. Thanks again to this great company for always extending a warm welcoming

Staff were professional and personable. The visit went quickly and all my questions were answered.

Dr tanner is a great doctor. The staff are nice. And the building is very cozy inside. The doctor treats me with great care and I feel like he really listens to my worry's.

Everything went well, hope this patch jobs has a lot less puckering at the ends of the scare than my face has.
