I just bought a car from Modesto Mazda. Abraham Rodriguez was the gentleman who sold me my new car.
I had such a great experience buying a car here. Abraham was cosiderate, super informative, answered all my questions, and put zero pressure on me. I highly recomend going here and ask for "A-Rod. "

Carmen Morfin was truly one of a kind awesome, kind and so knowledgeable! Mazda did an awesome hiring her! Keep an eye on her she is definitely going places. I bought a 2023 Mazda CX3 and Iam truly in love with it!

Working with Abe and Tony was a breeze! They were super helpful and patient with all of my questions. I loved the Mazda brand before because I previously owned a Mazda but shopping/ buying with them made me love Mazda more. Grateful to have such a great dealership in Modesto full of good people and great vehicles.

I had a great car buying experience with Joseph. I was driving a couple of hours to get to the dealership so we had the out the door price and financing agreed to beforehand. Everything went smoothly. Would purchase from them again.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Modesto Mazda! I highly recommend if you are looking for a great car and a great deal, ask for Tony the Manager, he works the numbers and works magic to get you exactly what you want and how much you want to pay! Today I had the greatest experience where Abraham who is so nice and helpful delivered my brand new car directly to my house in Stockton all the way from Modesto! They truly go above and beyond to make you happy! I got a beautiful new 2024 Mazda CX-90! I couldn't be happier with their customer service and friendliness. They are literally the best! I will never shop anywhere else for a car. Make sure to ask for Tony and Abraham to get the best deals and lowest prices, plus have the best customer service experience ever. Can't thank them enough.

We are very happy to meet two handsome guys, Joseph Sbragia and Vance Santos. They are not only polite and considerate, but also pay attention to details and have extraordinary patience. They are particularly familiar with professional knowledge and can draw inferences about other cases. This really makes car buyers like us not only feel at ease but also feel more comfortable. [Edit: I took my car to a trusted local mechanic to get a second opinion on the repairs. He said that my car didn't at all need the $1500 repairs specified by Modesto Mazda, and in fact, the steering system parts that were indicated in the inspection video as "having too much give" are *supposed* to work that way. I can't see how this could be an honest mistake. I am going elsewhere. ]

During my last regular service, after the service was done, they gave me my car back, but I hadn't gotten any inspection reports or estimates yet. Usually they send a video and staple a full circle inspection report to my receipt, which is great! I asked about this, and the customer service rep assured me they'd send them to me via email/text, and that they were just backed up a little in the moment. Ok, no problem.

I get the video and estimate sent to me later, and the estimate is for over a thousand dollars of repair + new tires. I'm puzzled at why they would send me on my way if I need so much repair. Why not give me the option to do the repair right then? Oh well.

I send an email politely asking if I could get the inspection report for my records so I can figure out what to do next. The customer service rep tells me that he already sent the report, in the form of the video and estimate. I say, yes, thank you, I did receive that, but usually there is also a full circle service report card form that I didn't receive. Would that be possible to send over?

The customer service rep says: "Oh ok I see, we typically attach the multi-point inspection to the back of your receipt, were you able to see it? "

Of course, it's not attached to my receipt, that's why I'm asking for it. So I explain that I didn't get it attached to my receipt this time. Could he send it? "Oh wow that’s odd. " He says. "I will have to go to admin and see if it got left to the invoice on our end. " Awesome!

After no response, I follow up again days later, and get told, "I was unable to track it down, looks like the invoice was processed through our admin. "

Now, I totally understand if the form doesn't exist because it didn't get filled out, or if it's actually (for some reason) impossible to get. That would be disappointing, but I would understand. Things happen. What is frustrating is the lack of understanding of what I'm asking for, plus what appears to be a very weak attempt (if any) to look for it. Obviously, I don't know exactly what is happening behind the scenes, but I find it very hard to believe that there was actually a legitimate misunderstanding here about what I was asking for, since they provide the report for every inspection. I also find it hard to believe that once something goes to "admin" it disappears.

After finally calling the dealership, a different service rep was able to scan and send the inspection report to me. So apparently it was findable after all. ¯_ (ツ) _/¯

Had an absolute wonderful experience at Modesto Mazda! Carmen Morfin was the best sales woman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Not only is she super kind and professional but I really appreciate her attention to detail! The paper work process was easy, I was in and out in timely manner. Thank you Carmen and Modesto Mazda for making my dream car my reality!

I’d give them 10 stars if I could. The Service Department is AWESOME. Not only do they do great work, the actual customer service is phenomenal. Robert, the Manager, has greeted me by name since I bought my car there in 2019. They are all exceptional at making you feel welcome and comfortable. They provide me an Uber/Lyft to and from where I need to go while my car is being worked on. They text me a link to a video that shows my car being serviced. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Robert and his team. Danny is also amazing. He keeps me looped in the entire time and makes sure I’m good with whatever I need whether it’s wifi or cookies. Extremely professional! They’re the reason I make the drive from Merced to Modesto even for just an oil change. Aside from the incredible customer service, and probably more importantly, I trust them.
The Sales Department is also great. This is where I bought my car and ever since then, I occasionally receive emails asking me how my vehicle is and if there was anything they could do. I actually replied with questions once and Maria actually replied with all the answers I needed.
While I was getting my car serviced the other day, Abraham took great care of my mom who I brought along. He let her test drive one of the cars and was very patient, polite and professional with her. When we left, she said that when she’s ready to buy her next car, it would be at Modesto Mazda because of their excellent service.
Lastly, I LOVE MY CAR:)

I bought a Mazda from another non-Mazda Dealership but when I needed some warranty work done I got sent to Mazda in Modesto. I am so glad I got sent there because my experience there was absolutely wonderful. Danny took great care of me and worked with the warranty company to make sure I was not paying for things I should not have. The customer service I received at Modesto Mazda was wonderful and I recommend them 100%.

My 2021 Mazda CX9 has been serviced at Modesto Mazda since purchase. A gal named Sydney, each time, has continued to offer appropriate assistance and has been extremely courteous about my concerns. Naturally team members, Danny and Scott are as necessary and valuable, but not always as visible to me. Thanks for a great Mazda service visit yesterday. P. S.
