Mojave Narrows Regional Park reviews
16It was a great place to relax. Enjoyed the wildlife. It's just very sad that they can't keep up with the lush greenery. Would be a 5 star if they would keep the lawns green so people could actually lay on the lawns. But thank you for keeping the park clean of trash and debris
It's clean. Spaces are wide. But the trains are annoying. It kinda becomes "white noise" but not completely. At least 20 trains a day 24/7. The park rangers do patrol and transients/squatters are removed regularly by police.
Not restroom friendly, annoying parks employees, drunks walking around. Too many ducks and geese, over populated.fish don't look healthy when caught.smells more like a swamp than a lake. I love fishing and I won't go back here for that again.
I love taking the kiddos here to run around, the water park is nice in the summer, and also the fishing is pretty decent!
Nice place to chill, love disc golf has 18 baskets 2 over is my best working on beating the park. Lake fills like Colorado river nice view. Neat camping from 45ft rigs to tents.
This place is nice clean and quiet it's pricey but i think it's worth it. I did not like how the ceiling is inside the showers being that you never know what is up there because the ceiling is so high and i don't think they maintain or pressure wash up there it's cool besides that. It wasn't to packed with people it was peaceful.
Loved it there, there is camping, fishing, water fun, and playground for kids, also horseback rental. It's a great place to rest, and have a good time.
The High Deserts best kept secret, beautiful location and the staff is truly helpful, kind and very informative. Only two notes, park could update restrooms, though they do their best to keep them clean. If you are a light sleeper, the rail road traffic in this area right now is really heavy, not the parks fault just notes to take in
This park offers so much, such a nice surprise and one we will visit again
Be aware of the "church group" with the U-Haul trucks that has set up camp at the far end of the park, apparently they leave their hand soaps and paper towels in the bathrooms and want all the other campers to not use that far restroom. Not sure what gives them the right to make demands about other campers who pay to stay there, (they're paid up and able to use the bathrooms just like any other campers). But other than those people trying to confront other campers about the bathrooms, nice park.
The staff is amazing! The fishing is good! The Campsites are great. Just need more trees in Campsites. Will always bring our family back here.
Great place very peaceful only bad thing with rv camping is the constant train going by tnru out the day and night but still isnt that bad at all
Big and lots of space to have an event. Disc golf course is a little small but fun to work on your midrange shots. Would go there again to have a good time with the family
Great place to relax peaceful, and serene, clean benches, grounds are well kept.
TOO PRICEY though. Fishing is, as fishing is, park closes at 4: 30 but you can stay and Night fishing is good for Catfish at smaller lake.
It's a nice place to fish and camping they have showerz in some of the bathrooms there another lake next door it's call pelican lake I used to go there o was passing by
First time camping here. Paved RV sites
Fishing. Splash pad was great. Lots of shade under the trees but I wish there was shade over the playground
