We were traveling from Arizona to Pt. Reyes California when we had an issue with our truck. Not wanting to keep going until we had it looked at, Mojave Nissan in Barstow was the closest dealership. We pulled in and they immediate took care of us and we were back on the road in about an hour. Great service and very friendly people.

Marcia the service desk lady was so helpful I called the night before made arrangements to come in came in on the morning and she took my car that I've seen set for me got me a shuttle ride to my work and when I returned at closing she helped me get into my car and figure out how to do the trunk

I had a light on for an oil and filter change. I didn't have an appointment and they helped me to do it without the appointment. And I didn't have to wait for too long.

The thing is, I won't go anywhere else; really! I want reliability and I want value. I do not want to be coerced into up-sold services that are quite unnecessary.
At Mojave Auto, I can make an appointment, wait (or leave) and trust in the quality. The prices are generally the same, or less, than competitors, and I am comforted that I did not have to sell a kidney for honest piece of mind.
