7Great place to visit. Takes about an hour to self tour. I just wish we had came when they got the eggs out of the salmon
We really enjoyed our walk around the hatchery today. We always seem to get there right as the stragglers do. However we got to see some big salmon in the crowding tanks as well as some babies in holding. Thanks!
Bend to the hatchery a few times the right place for family outings. Fishing barbecue, but the salmon are spawning. So it was great time seeing the salmon. Go up the ladder great Family Day.
The hatchery was open for tours and at full operation. There were many salmon actively spawning, and the staff was very informative. Parking was easy, and access was intuitive. I highly recommend a visit children's education.
It was a beautiful place to see the dam releasing water, watching the hawks flying overhead and seeing the young rainbow trout growing into maturity so they can be released out into the rivers.
Took my Grand Babys they had so much fun looking at Fish! It was All Free
Fun place, not a lot of fish now, but for our cubs scouts outing very fun place. Bathrooms, picnic area, handicap parking, lots of walking.
