4Incredibly expensive, but a nice store if you don't mind paying $30 for a pie or $16.99 for a rotisserie chicken
Mollie Stone's is a high end supermarket, the only supermarket in Sausalito.
Prices are high. If your looking for economy, go one of the two Safeway's in Mill Valley.
Mollie Stone's does have a few stand-out features though. It has the best salad bar and hot food bar in southern Marin, a great deli/bakery, a large wine selection, and a sushi counter (the sushi is made on-site). These features along would rate 5 stars. Unfortunately, the high prices at the store bring the overall rating down to 4 stars. The staff get to know regular customers and always greets them warmly.
Safeway quality food (with some exceptions) at f.u. Prices. I really don't understand the business model of Mollie Stone's.
I found distilled water at Mollie's after looking in every Walgreens and CVS in San Francisco. Awesome!
