Rocio and Claudia have serviced our home of two adults and four cats for years. They do an excellent job. Also, I do not worry about my home or my fur-babies accidentally escaping when I am not around when Rocio and Claudia visit. My husband and I highly recommend Molly Maids of La Verne.

I read & believed these fake "5- Star" reviews, to my chagrin. I should have believed the pictures. When they left my kitchen smelled like old rags and mildew, they didn't clean under anything on the counter tops. They left my house completely disgusting. TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. BELIEVE THE PICTURES!

The cleaning services provided, at best could be considered a light cleaning. Very dissatisfied with the attention to detail and overall customer service is lacking. Wouldn't recommend them.

Have kept the service as is and still extremely happy with the service. We have had TEAM 2 since day 1 three (3) yrs ago and they do a great job every time.

It is worth the cost. Friday night my house is Clean Clean and I don't have to spend my week end cleaning. I will continue with this service every other Friday.

I have had a horrible experience with this particular office. They didn’t clean my kitchen or bathroom or hallways steps & and when it was presented to their attention, they offered me $30 as a return credit; which was insult to injury after they overcharge me for months.

When I spoke to their manager, Steve; he was belittling, demeaning, and downright disrespectful & continued to over talk me.

When I made a vocal complaint, all of a sudden they had these rules that had never been explained to me and excuses as to why they didn’t clean the TV or mirrors or the front of my refrigerator and it was cobwebs everywhere.

Communication and a refund will resolve this and they would’ve had a continued loyal customer. Instead, they decided to find blame with the customer instead of their staff.

This seems to be a trend now

I would not recommend this company. I’ve had to have them come out three separate times with them still not completing all the items listed in their scope. I had to call them back to complete basic tasks like wiping down doors, cleaning blinds, dusting window seals, and cleaning inside kitchen cabinets. I’ve expressed my concerns and even submitted pictures which you would think they would make sure they do a better job after the first call back, but nope. Not happy with their service and $300 went down the drain. I ended up having to redo the place myself since this clean was a move out/ move in clean.

Do not use their services!

We could not ask for a more qualified, professional staff and service that comes with them and this Molly Maid specifically. We absolutely love the sparkle of our home after each visit. This business has well earned our trust, and we appreciate the level of sanitization, as well as the style they leave each room.
Candice Salmons is the local rep for this Molly Maid business, and she has also been highly responsive and accurate in the level of quality we could expect from the very start of doing business with Molly Maid.
We are 200% satisfied with the service and highly recommend.

My experience with Molly Maid of LaVerne was awesome! Miriam & Maria with Team 21 & the other team (don’t have their number/names) did an amazing job cleaning and took the time to clean each Venetian blind individually to the point they look newer! I’m very pleased with ALL results. The old appliances in my building actually looked new after they finished cleaning. I’m very, very appreciative of them.

Nice people and very hardworking. They were on time and finished their work very detailed. Good value of money and time.

Both ladies were very Thorough my house was clean top to bottom and a very minimal amount of time

The women at Molly maids are wonderful! They arrive in a timely manner and clean thoroughly. I always love how my home looks after they finish. It’s money well spent.
