Love this place. Been going here over 20 years back when it was "Mona Lisa on Waring Rd" days. Great people, yumtastic food and one of THE BEST pizzas in town. Serving size and quality match their prices!

Beretta is well on its way to becoming 5 stars in my book. It definitely will be some sort of birthday tradition, be it mine or anyone else I know, or even Baby Jesus. Someone, quick! - anyone? Is it your birthday? Can we go to Beretta to celebrate?

WOW! This pizza! These guys really know pizza! If you are ever in the mood for pizza forget all those other places right here is the spot to go! I tell you, you won't be disappointed gang! If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would!

Recently moved to Allied Gardens from NY. This place is in the neighborhood so we tried it about 1 month ago, not expecting much. Good God it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had! Have been back every week since we first tried it. Perfection!

We had the large works pizza. It was delicious as usual. They were still take out only. They are expecting to open dine in on Monday.

I've been going to Mona Lisa's (now Mona's) for at least 30 years. The food hasn't changed much in all that time and that's a good thing. Apparently the owners recently sold the restaurant to the employees but aside from shortening the name to "Mona's" everything is still the same right down to the bocce trophies when you walk in! I hope it's there at least another 30 years!

First time visit after all these years in Allied Gardens. Great food!
** Be careful when your son says he wants EXTRA cheese! Not kidding - more cheese than I have ever seen. **

The pizza was amazing perfect crust and the sauce was so good.you could taste all the differant spices.great service and I'll be going back for sure

Food is good. I hope they change their garlic bread. Its like hamburger bun with sesame seeds and butter.

My girlfriend and I really love this place! The food is amazing and they have good sized portions for reasonable prices. The service has always been great and it's a relaxing atmosphere. Shout out to our favorite server Jayci for always being so nice!

I've been here 4 times and always had excellent service and food! Ask to sign up (free) for their "Frequent Diner Appreciation" card, for every (accumulated) $100 you spend, you get one dinner free. The Mona's Special Chicken dinner is plenty to share between 2 people. The pizzas are awesome too.

Best gnocchi with creamy vodka sauce we've ever had. We would come back from out of state to order it again!

This is a must stop for me whenever I'm in the SD area. Before my way back up to the OC, I'll order me some sandwiches for later, because this is my favorite place for a prosciutto sandwich. I would order all of the dressing and veggies on the side so that my sandwich wont be all soggy by the time I get home. Parking is a mission for this place, but it's worth it.

Hands down, the best pizza in town. Been going here for many moons. Nice to see the head chef took over the business and kept the same quality of food and professionalism. See you soon!

It's a shame what happened in my experience since this place sold. My last 4 delivery orders were incorrect and it takes over an hour and a half for delivery. I live 8 minutes away. I used to love this place for years but the poor service has me ordering from other places recently. I hope they get their act together since this was a 5 star spot

Love Mona Lisa pizza️ We’ve enjoyed the food, including Cannoli (!) for 39 years when we moved into the friendly Allied Gardens neighborhood.

FIFTY BUCKS for 2 take out dishes. Mona Lisa CLEARLY thinks they are a Little Italy fine dinning restaurant, they are NOT. The prices are EXTREMELY excessive. I would NEVER go here again.

Taste and quality of the meal does not justify the absurdity of the price. Either higher BETTER cooks or lower your prices drastically!

Called for pickup. They said they don't do Caesar salads for pickup. "because it soggy by the time it gets picked up. " was the reason. I guess they are not smart enough to put dressing on the side for takeout orders

Not expensive, nice decor, and good friends help too! Two of the people with me that night were in Vegas at that concert, Happy to be Alive.
