We were told to come in early for an appointment but ended up waiting over an hour to be seen. OVER AN HOUR wait after being told to come in early. Completely inconsiderate of our time. If they knew they were overbooked, understaffed, or whatever the reason may be, then they should have known not to call patients to come in early. We are still waiting as this review is written.
