I would not of given one star but that's the only way I could get on here! Called several times to talk to Rick to confirm header fitment, JM-3202, on their website they say these headers will fit a 1977-1979 Pontiac Trans Am with a 455 Olds. After a week of calling finally talked to Rick, he confirmed they would fit a 79 Trans Am with AC, ordered that day, received two weeks later, tried to to fit, not even close, after several messages, emails with NO response, I modded a AC box, dimpled a header tube, and did a reverse pull on both headers to achieve clearance to the floor, Finally got thru, talked to Judy several times procrastinating about the situation, and then telling me I'm on my own, wouldn't give me a penny for their mistake or my time, stay away! Very poor customer service! It's really a shame to see what was a excellent business go down the tubes because of greed!

Ordered Alternator/PS Bracket about a year ago and received wrong bracket, Linn admitted his mistake and I have been waiting for the correct bracket for 4 months…. Not even a call back now, I’m out $800…

I have ordered from mondello twice now. My first order went smoothly. The second order not so. I have waited over a month for a set of valves that have been sent to the wrong shop and now I have no idea where they are. Very unhappy since I had to pay nearly twice as much for the valves for our customer who is still waiting.

I ordered an oil priming tool for $49.00 (like $20.00 more then everyone else) they came highly recommended so I paid the extra.it arrived quickly, but it was used, like a couple of years old used.they charge a 20% restocking fee, and only give you in house credit!? What makes them think that after being treated like a shmuck that someone would want to deal with them again? They might have been good 3 years ago, but they're not now.buyer beware.

Bought a quarter glass window for my cutlass Oldsmobile 442 and got it in due time.thanks to good caring and honest people. I'm from Ohio and received my order.thanks.

If you need performance Oldsmobile parts and advice Mondello is the place. Lynn is a class act and shares his years of working knowledge. They are the real deal for real car people.

Great shop! Lynn was great! Sent me all my performance parts for my engine. He took his time and spent hours with me on the phone figuring out the best setup for my 69 442. He also spent a lot more time on the phone with me when I was installing my parts. I will be getting all my stuff from these guys couldn’t ask for a better crew! Thank y’all that work there!

Sells overpriced Junk. This is not the real Mondello most people are thinking of. If you want genuine parts and work done on your motor, look up Bernard Mondello Racing Enterprises. Purchased a lot of parts that were marked over retail value.

Had earlier post decided to edit, 2 stars due purchase of headers from them for my 67 olds the fit was not as lead to believe, the shop I had do the install had to due a lot of "messaging" of the headers to get them to fit in a mostly stock olds cutlass.resulting in added labor cost on an already pricey set of headers.

I ordered a new set of connecting rods and got a used set that hadn't even been cleaned, also ordered a set of new heads that were advertised as Eldelbrock, supposedly with good flow numbers, found out later that they were cheap Japanese heads that didn't flow anywhere near what had been advertised.

I have dealt with Mondello Performance for a number of years. I have had nothing but first class service and great technical advice. The engine Lynn and crew built for me has been a totally amazing performer. I have also had some really hard to find parts requests for my 1968 442 and Lynn has found the parts or had them in stock. I personally wouldn't shop anywhere else and have really appreciated all the help and great service.

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Ordered Mondello heads and received heads with Pro Comp stamped on the end. This company is making his heads right now. Called Lynn, said I received a set from the first batch and they made a mistake and didn't put his name on them. Called a week later, this time he denied everything he said in the first call. Was told they were on special and the sale ends tomorrow. 6 months later, still the same price. If you're going to lie about something you need to keep your stories straight. He doesn't give a $h! T about what you've got going, just wants the money. I agree with every negative comment made here. Went to the Turkey Rod Run in March. Mention the word Mondello or Lynn, people apologize and laugh at you. Must be quite well known in the car world.
