Mondrian Los Angeles, West Hollywood CA

I absolutely love the Mondrian in LA. So modern, fun, great location. My favorite part is the rooftop pool and the new beautiful restaurant Casa Madera! Sooo beautiful and great food. The staff is so friendly throughout the hotel, and the views are beautiful! Fabulous for dinner or a special event/occasion. Loved my stay overall. Will be back soon!

Pool is inside bar area and open only to 21+. Service is poor. The food at breakfast was not of a quality equivalent to the price. This hotel is targeted toward adult customers looking to see and and be seen.

Love the Mondrian Hotel. Its a very cool & chic hotel on Sunset Strip. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the Balcony Suites overlooking the pool - so fun to sit outside and take in the scene. Suites are modern and fun, beds are very comfortable. The pool has great music and the food and drinks are very good. Love this hotel for my girl trips, you basically never have to leave the hotel: Pool, Bar, Restaurant, Club all in the hotel - and always feel safe even as a women alone at night. Thank you Mondrian Hotel - we will be back soon.

Yikes! The pool is absolutely not a part of the hotel. It is usually booked out for private events even if there is no indication anywhere that an event will take place that day. They will kick hotel guests out of the seats in order to fill them with people who want to pay for bottle service. I would not recommend this hotel unless your reason for staying here is to attend these parties at the pool.

The rooms themselves are wonderful. Very spacious and nice and updated. The bed is extremely comfortable. The only downfalls are that there was a dead cockroach in my room, and if you want peace and quiet this is NOT the place to go. There are parties in the pool every night and day. Music pounding until 2-3am and you can hear it all from your room. They should really let people know about this.

The hotel do not care about their guests. Our chrome cast in our room didn’t work from day one, someone did try to fix it but left and never returned and the wifi connection is terrible. We saw the pool and bar plastered all over their website but when we wanted to go up for a swim they were closed and then when we wanted to go up for a drink they said that it was a private event and guests couldn’t attend, we had to listen to the music upstairs blasting until 2am. This hotel is an absolute joke and only care about how they look to others and not accommodating to guests at all.

I tried their Mexican restaurant, their food is delicious. Reservations are required before lunch, and it is best to have a nice sunset

A super nice and extravagant hotel with really well equipped rooms. You should inquire beforehand what you would like to have in the hotel, the Skybar is super great but also very popular from abroad, so that you have many visitors. The service staff are super friendly and you have a great feeling in the hotel. If you come by car it costs $60 to leave the car there overnight which is a fair price.

Terrible service, none of the amenities were available including the pool, without any prior warning. Management agreed to waive all taxes, but then charged my card in full and with incorrect room rates. 7 emails sent to the hotel with no reply, appalling

Every time we asked for something (ice, glass) several times we got nothing or waited very long 20-30 min
There is work in the hotel so from 8: 00 a.m. Hammer and saw
Comfortable bed, nice room but no service
If you have a room on the swimming pool side, beware of noise because the restaurant 2 pub of the hotel is on this same side (11: 30 p.m.)

I am very very disappointed by the front desk people! A guy named, Anthony, (if he has told me his right name, he was wearing glasses) was super rude and very unhelpful! I was locked out of my room as I FORGOT MY KEYS INSIDE AND THEY DID BOT WANRED TO LET ME IN! However all y documents and stuffs were there! I have paid a lot for the room and the service was awful! Go to one hotel instead!

Everything about this hotel is great! My room was perfect! Pleaseee I really need to know what scent are you guys using in the lobby because I’m obsessed! Thank you so much!

No breakfast restaurant as at April 2024. Only room service. Stay here a lot when I visit LA. If you don’t mind loud house music from the morning onward pool side and a packed lobby at weekends with party goers in the Sky Bar this is the place. Nice staff and decent room service but not the most relaxing place to stay

Not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. However, there were a number of avoidable problems that the staff seemed very infused to help sort out. Great location, clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Loved my stay here! The staff were incredible and the hotel was beautiful. Very clean and well kept. Brian helped me most of my trip and he was amazing! Definitely recommend staying here.
