BAIT & SWITCH. Told me one price for the apt. Paid the deposit and application fee, then they jacked up the monthly rent by $600 more per month. Took forever to get my money back. So glad I never moved in.

I moved out November 20,2022, due to Military Deployment. Apartment manager did not show up for walk through of apartment had to turn keys into office. When I asked about my deposit, I was informed my deposit would be sent to address on file in 19 days of moving out now company is ignoring me. I would not recommend them to anyone. When you call, they never answer or reroute your calls.

Our property manager Debbie is great. She has an open line of communication with all tenants and is great in passing along updates to everyone regarding ongoing projects so that everyone is informed. Having experience in high-end property management myself, I can tell you with confidence she is outstanding at what she does.

The worst property management. And they don’t abide by California law when it comes to terms for breaking a lease early due to their negligence. Do not rent from them. Also when I moved in, everything was broken. Added to my walk through but they never came and fixed anything, only after several requests. The list goes on and on. I’ve had nothing but a negative experience from the application process all the way through to move out. Can’t wait for this whole ordeal to be over. The worst.

Still screwing people over? I'm here to add my 1 star to the worse property management in California. Displacing Veterans is shameful. Ask them about there illegal attorneys
