Monica is the best worker I had no problems with her she had a positive attitude and I was happy with her service

Such poor customer service. Could’ve saved me some time if they had better communication skills with their customers. My advice go somewhere else! Their suggestion to my issue was to contact the company who issued my check and have a stop pay done and to have my check reissued and to take the check elsewhere because they don’t feel comfortable cashing a large settlement check. Such a horrible experience, try somewhere else!

*** Ended up going to a bank and cashing my check the next day with NO PROBLEM. Saved me a lot of money by not cashing my check with ACE.

Very rude, and they want way more information than necessary to cash a check, if you can just go to Walmart.

I would recommend you never go here finding parking is horrible and it doesn't look like a safe location to be getting cash from! This is a bad location period.

It's a new business now called Ace Cash Express. I'm editing this because my review wound up with one star and I didn't mean to do that. It's the same people put a new company. The people are still friendly.

This place of business is terrible, its 3 girls that work in there that are very rude and unprofessional. They did not cash my check telling me I have to wait several hours for a manager but couldn't tell me why I had to wait or why they wouldn't cash my check. They did the same thing to my elderly mother and she went there the night before trying to cash her check and one of those girls at that check cashing place told her they couldn't verify it, come back In the morning time and she did and then they told her she still has to wait. What a waste of time.

It’s not open at 8am it’s open at 9am just an update they really should have that online instead of lying about it

Not sure who the lady was that I talked to on the phone but she had a Spanish accent. She was very rude and this was on April 7th. I was asking questions and she was rude. I was trying to explain to her what the older gentleman told me when I was there. She didn't care to listen

I have a very large government check I need to cash. I called to ask the rate for government checks. I was told I had to walk in and look at the chart on the wall! LMAO! They Lost my business before they even got it!
