A lady named Sandra claimed i couldn’t cash my check due to me already signing it before i came in i don’t like to use public pens.i’ve been cashing my checks here for a while and was never told this, she stated it was the stores policy to physically watch me sign my check.the issue is i’ve ALWAYS came in with my check signed and she’s the one who’s assisted me all times i’ve came and has never told this to me.why is my check being already signed an issue if my id matches what’s on my check? She couldn’t answer that…
