1 Me and my mother went to money gram here in 11050 S Prairie Ave, Inglewood,
CA 90304
And we had the worst experience, we came to deposit money. Right off the bat she seem not welcoming.
So we wanted to send money to Guatemala. We didn’t know how much money we could send so she asked well how much are u trying to send and we just asked if we can send 5,000 (not knowing there’s a limit) and she said no and we understood that so we said ok it’s ok whats the limit and she said 2,000 and we said ok then can we send that and she said no she was not professional enough to educate us before letting us know there’s a limit of sending money she then refuse to help. She said I’m not going to help you guys anymore. This is very unfair.
It was a lady with black frame glasses and full face makeup. I didn’t get her name but she was not professional and helpful. She needs to do a better job and help educate people as to why some policy are policys and not turning ppl down for not knowing the limit.
