2I have been trying to reach the office for 2 days to reschedule my appointment and no one answers the phones. It just stops ringing and disconnects the call. I am not able to cancel or reschedule my appointment for today. This happens each and every time I need to make an appointment to see Dr. Aszterbaum. This is beyond unprofessional. I am totally unable to reach this business time and time again. Then they have the nerve to charge me for the missed appointment. I will never return to this doctor due to the complete lack of any method of communication options.
Dr Aszterbaum has been my doctor for 31 years. She is very detailed and thorough. She had delivered my baby, and taken great care of me through peri menopause and now menopause.
She is very thoughtful and caring. She also diagnosed my early stage osteoporosis which allowed me to get it addressed immediately. Dr Aszterbaum is the best!
I love her new office near Hoag at 510 Superior, NB. It's much nicer than the previous Irvine office.
