Luis did an excellent job installing a tankless heater. He was able to diagnose my water tank and I decided to upgrade. Luis was very upfront and honest with the pricing. It was very much appreciated!

I love using their service. They will always be on time and their communication is very very on point. I tried using other guys but they don't even write you back or call you back or don't even show up. However Monkey Wrench especially Rick Aguirre always explain everything so well and fix the problem.

Luis, arrived on time and was friendly, informative, and efficient in repairing my tankless water heater. He was able to order the parts still under warranty and quickly made an appointment to come and install them.

Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Rick and Mario especially, are top notch. I had a tankless water heater with a possible gas leak that got tagged by the gas company. They came by the same day, diagnosed the issue, and provided a thorough explanation of what was happening. They even caught an unrelated water regulator issue and fixed it free of charge! They provided a variety of options to fix the issue and the pros/cons of each. They’re clearly so knowledgeable and geeked out on faucet safety features with me. The company’s office staff and notification systems are also extremely customer friendly- you’re always updated on status. Shout out to Gabby and Jocelyn too. Absolutely would recommend.

After some really terrible plumber experiences, we have used Monkey Wrench several times now for various plumbing issues at our house. Our technician Eddie is fantastic - he always tries to find the most effective solutions and will sometimes recommend to NOT do something based on his professional experience (shocking from a residential contractor, I hope he doesn’t get in trouble for this). They’re not the cheapest guys out there, but I genuinely trust Eddie to make the best decisions for our house.

I’ve recommended them to several family members, and every person on staff has been unbelievably patient and honest. Even when they missed a service window, response was quick and rescheduled immediately. Thank you Monkey Wrench for making home repairs less stressful! We will be customers for a long time.

Nixon came out to fix my tankless water heater after inspection failed. He was very thorough, impressive, knowledgeable, and very good. He kept me in the loop with every detail. I would not hesitate to ask for Nixon to come back and do any repairs.

Major repairs after initial call to block a clogged drain for $79 Memorial Day deal. Escalated to jetting sewer line yesterday, then excavating broken pipe and replacing a 3-4 foot 100-year-old iron pipe with new material today. Ironically, we replaced the sewer line 7 years ago and had construction to replace the bathroom 3 years ago. $6K later it looks like the 4 feet between the clean out and the house were neglected by both jobs. It comes down to trust. We are trusting that Monkey Wrench is accurately identifying long-standing issues that resulted from incomplete work done previously.
