He was more than happy to answer any subsequent questions I had regarding further maintenance. My tankless is now working, and I finally have access to hot water again. Yay!

Finally got to the bottom of the issue. All of the techs that have been here have been great. So happy to finally have hot water again!

EDIT five days in:
Going to take my review back up to 5 stars. While my issue is not yet solved, they have gone to great lengths to help me figure it out. I'm hopeful that they maintain the attentiveness and continue to attempt to resolve my lack of consistent hot water.

EDIT one day later:
My problem was not corrected (fixing an incorrectly installed condensation line on a tankless), and the immediate answer was 11k more than I've already spent to re-pipe my home. The service manager agreed with me on the phone that this was not an acceptable answer and that since I'd had hot water before the issue AND after the fix for a short period of time, they would attempt to correct it. So now we wait 3 more days without hot water to see what they do to fix it. Reducing to 3 stars pending outcome of our next appointment.

These guys were super communicative, on time, and solved my problems. I'm sure they're a bit on the spendy side, but I'll happily pay a little extra to not have other issues.

Rick did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem and advising me to contact the gas company before taking any further action.

David quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and determined the parts were under warranty. Appreciate the service. Prior HVAC company completely got it wrong and failed to fix. Very knowledgeable.

Ruben saved us from a very messy situation with a backed-up bathroom. He expertly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He was also so kind to answer our general plumbing questions and gave excellent advice. We will definitely call him the next time we need plumbing help.
