The set-up seemed too good to be true, and it was. I paid to have my items picked up, put into a moving pod, stored, and then relocated to my new home when I returned to California after I went back to Michigan to care for my mother who passed away. My items got picked up in a rush as the staff stated they had tried to call and I didn't answer, which was untrue. After moving back to California, I scheduled a delivery date, using PTO (while starting a new job), and I called numerous times to find out it would be postponed to the next morning. I, again, asked my new boss to utilize an additional day of PTO I had not yet accrued, and the movers postponed several times only to arrive around 7 PM. After checking my bank account, I was then charged for an additional months rent for the storage pod ($250) and have tried to reach Andrea several times. She has stated she'd call me back by the end of the day twice, only to not hear from anyone. I have left numerous voicemails for an update on the refund, as she agreed, I should not have been charged for it, yet no one has contacted me. In addition, several items went missing during my move and Andrea stated she would email me a claims form to fill out, I have yet to see that email come through and now that I cannot reach anyone, I feel I am out of options but to share my experience with everyone on here.

Helped this company do a unload in Tucson Arizona. I have my own company here called Steve delivers and this company was great to work with very nice people and they new how to pack a truck nice to protect people items. Hopefully I get to work with them again soon and thank you for allowing us to help you!

If you want someone hired from Craig's List at your door the next day saying he was never paid for moving you, than use this company. Worst experience of my moving life. They do not stand by what they say with their hassle free, no surprise charges! I was double and triple charged for movers that took way too much time, injured themselves, damaged my walls and overcharged me for their unprofessionalism, to later have one of the movers at my front door saying he was never paid and ghosted! This company claimed they were bonded and would take care of the damage to then, only GHOST ME after overcharging me $3500. How is this company even in business. Please, find a different company and learn from my mistake. Good luck on your move.

Monster Movers we’re hired to move us to a different state. 1. Many valuables were broken or damaged; 2. Have of the clothing did not arrive; 3. We were given a piano which was never ours; and, 4. They were rude and disrespectful!

I was scheduled for movers to be at my place on Saturday April 8th, 2023 @ 8am. The office assistant said there was a mistake and they would be there at 11am. No one was there at 11. I got a call at 1130, saying the mover were coming from LA and they wouldn’t be there until 1pm. Once they arrived, they hustled. I got to give it to the guys putting in the work but the office needs help. No one will return my calls.

My wife and I had a 1 bedroom apartment to move and found Monster Moving during our research for local movers in the area. We had to delay the move by a day due to weather and Monster Movers made the change easy and we had no problem scheduling for the next day. The day of the move, we had two movers who came with a large truck (more than enough room for our stuff) and quickly and easily packed up our stuff for the move without issue. We moved from Fountain Valley to Signal Hill and the short drive there went without a hitch. Once to the new place, the unpack was just as easy and seamless as the initial pack up, making our moving day so less stressful than it would have been on our own. Monster Movers was friendly, quick, efficient, and professional throughout the whole process and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reliable moving company.

This company is full of liars and thieves. Be warned! Do not use Monster Moving Company. These people have no souls.
