I just wanted to give maintenance man Noel a thumbs up for always being on top of things and always smiling even when it looks like he’s so tired he always cleans his mess and try’s very hard to help you thanks Noel for are new dishwasher

I have lived in this complex for a year so I felt like I can give a honest review. Location is why I picked this complex over others. I have a dog that I take for long walks and love the proximity to trails plus the near by homes make it enjoyable to go for a walk with my dog. I feel safe as many military service members live here and all of my neighbors are pleasant. The maintenance team is friendly and say hi when they are out and about. I plan to stay until I buy a home which with the housing market may never happen. Great location to the trails and easy to get to all freeways. Happy renter to say the least.

Had to choose an apartment sight unseen because we were a military move. The apartment is spacious and clean with a large patio. The pool is very clean and typically not crowded at all. The real issue is how much they are charging for severely outdated appliances. We had a $500 electric bill only to find that the AC was broken so no matter how long you ran it the apartment was 85 degrees. They “fixed” it sort of but it still functions poorly. The dishwasher is ancient and leaks onto the floor. Our hot water heater was completely rusted out and had to be replaced within 90 days of moving in. In addition the water in the complex is shut off regularly, once with no notice. If i got a discount every time they didn’t deliver what was promised i probably wouldn’t complain.

Very loud neighbors in several units. Screeching kids voices and partying neighbors during the week echoes down corridor, too many dogs all barking during the day and poop not picked up after. Upper level gym is very small (very little equipment), half of a drawer in old kitchen. Location is the only thing that I have stayed for. Maintenance has been helpful. Parking is a bear! Someone is always parked in front of my garage "for just a minute. " A/C works well in living room but not bedrooms and I have had ant problems since I have lived here. Patio is nice size but we never use it due to lack of privacy. Overall the biggest issues are the noise, lack of a whole drawer in the kitchen and parking. Hopefully some day they will update the units.

Beautiful apartments very spacious. Clean and quiet. Huge patios in the unit.
