The only issue I have is the manager Stella she stated her name as being was rude.she talked over me as I was speaking and hung up in my face as I was speaking but unprofessional as being a manager I've been treating with respect from all the girl in there very friendly Stella your very un professional as a manager.

Yes. So after seeing their advertisement "bring anything of value! " To the university location. They or she simply told me that they would NOT ACCEPT MY WII AND DVD playrr!? So It's their words NOT mine. Anyway her words for not accepting any of it was that the wife model was too old. It's in perfect shape and so was DVD player w. I had all new games for win but no. And so wasn't very nice! So I'll look forward to giving my business to someone that DOESNT LIE FOR ONE! TWO NOT TO WASTE GAS GOING TO MONTE DE PIDAD OF UNIVERSITY AVE!
