My folks lived here for many years. Although we were initially very excited for our parents to move into this community, years of change of ownership and staff turnovers has completely diminished the quality of their management staff, business practices and consequently, the quality of life for the residents. After our dad passed away in 2022, the treatment my mom and our family received from their management staff was so deplorable that we ultimately were forced to relocate our mom to another community. If you’re considering this community for your loved ones, please do your research and contact the local ombudsman and licensing offices to get informed and before committing to residency for your loved ones at this community.
